POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. Registration is open until May 25. Please follow the REGISTRATION FORM link below and fill out the registration form online. The conference personnel will contact you within 5 working days to confirm your registration. If you do not receive our confirmation note in 5 days, please contact us at <conference2013@gmail.com>.

2. There is no registration fee, but one must register in advance to attend the panels, get the conference program, and be offered lunch during the conference.

3. Due to limited seating, the conference gives priority to academics (retired teachers and independent scholars included) and graduate students of the humanities and social sciences. If you do not fall into these categories, we put you on the wait-list and will notify you of your registration status after the registration is closed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. To facilitate our administration, if you are unable to attend after your registration has been confirmed, please kindly inform us at your earliest convenience.
